The Opportunity:

What You’ll Be Doing

Make 100 to 150 outbound calls daily using high-quality outbound data to connect with small to medium business owners

Book qualified appointments and once ready, conduct discovery calls and close your own deals

Present tailored digital marketing solutions designed to deliver real business results

Build trust quickly, identify customer pain points, and offer value-driven solutions

Keep your CRM pipeline organised, active, and on track

Consistently achieve performance targets across activity, appointments, and revenue

Who You Are:

You’re passionate about building a career in sales and eager to learn.

Comfortable with high-volume phone outreach and excited by the challenge of sales.

Goal-oriented, competitive, and ready to grow with the team.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love hitting targets.

Your First Three Months – Structured Development Path

Month 1: Learn to Book Appointments

Complete onboarding across products, sales pitch, objection handling, and systems

Focus on booking high-quality meetings that convert

Build early confidence and hit foundational KPIs

Month 2–3: Transition to Closing

Begin full training in our end-to-end digital marketing sales process

Start owning your pipeline, including sourcing and closing your own deals

Receive daily coaching and support from senior leaders as you refine your process

By Month 3:
You should be consistently closing deals and on track to earn six figures in your first year. We’ll continue to support you through ongoing training and mentorship as you progress.
