About the job:
We have a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start their sales career!!We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our new Outreach team and fuel our sales pipeline through outbound calling and lead generation.
This is a crucial role in our sales team, focused on engaging potential B2B customers from our existing data sets, qualifying leads, and securing opportunities for our Inside Sales team.
What will you do?
Sales are where the action is!
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential B2B clients using provided lead lists or prospecting platforms
Drive interest in Epos Now’s product suite through value-based conversations
Qualify leads based on company fit, buyer persona, and engagement level
Book qualified appointments and demos for the Inside Sales team
Manage follow-up communications to maximise conversion rates
Maintain accurate records of activity, call outcomes, and lead status in CRM
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
What do you need to apply?
Previous experience in an outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation role (B2B preferred)
Strong communication skills – confident, persuasive, and clear
Resilience and determination – thrives under pressure and rejection
Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs in a high-activity environment
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and prospecting tools
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Reside on the sunshine coast.
