About the role:

Aquarius Distribution are looking to hire an entry level on road sales consultant to contribute to the future growth and to be a long term valued team member. Suitable for those with experience in internal and/or retail sales looking for that next step in their career. Your main duty will be to visit and service key customers such as Reece, Tradelink, Plumbing Plus, Mitre 10 etc.

A snapshot of your duties:

Promote, sell and manage orders from existing customers

Secure and manage new customer opportunities

Follow-up on potential leads in a timely manner

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

Assist customers with product queries

Conduct product presentations to new and existing customers

Achieve targets per expectations outlined by Sales Manager

Preparation, analysis and review of sales plan

Communication with National Sales Manager regarding potential product opportunities

Manage customer concerns when required

Travel throughout Queensland

Your skills:

Great sales and customer service skills

Be able to build rapport easily

A respectful personality

Ability to plan and manage time

Cold calling skills

Understanding and management of sales cycles

Drive and determination to succeed (To be a winner)

Current motor vehicle license

Solid computer skills, Microsoft Word and Excel, plus the ability to learn new systems (Cloud CRM).
