About Us

Beerfarm was founded in 2015 on a 1940s dairy farm in Metricup, Margaret River. Once an old dairy farm, we converted the hay shed into a tavern, built a brewery in the roundhouse and created a name for both a destination and a brewery that would serve straight-up beer. Australian-owned and stridently independent, it’s been built on grit, determination and the desire to do better. We are more than just a purveyor of high-quality beer, ginger beer, and cider. Our unique taphouse in Metricup, WA, has become a go-to spot for both locals and travellers, serving 'paddock to plate' food experiences, and of course, great beer and good times. Plus, our new, cutting-edge production facility in Perth will be a game changer for the brand, as more fans discover our beers, ciders and more! In essence, we are a farm, a brewery, a hospitality venue. We are driven to learn and progress as a team, continue doing things a little left of centre and make sure to have fun along the way. About the Role

Based at our Metricup venue, the full time Bar Manager will work alongside the Venue Manager and Assistant Venue Manager to ensure the continued high service standards of the Venue team and deliver an exceptional experience to everyone who comes through the doors of the venue. In this role you will:

Delivering the Beerfarm experience to each and every visitor;

Ensure menu training to staff in consultation with Venue Manager and kitchen team;

In collaboration with the Venue Manager, planning and executing a wide range of on brand functions and events;

Mentor our staff members using your experience and knowledge by leading by example in the performance of your role;

Ensuring accurate stock control and inventory management with the ability to report on both.

A Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

An Approved Manager card (advantageous or willing to obtain)
