Proven hospitality management experience in a comparable venue

Ability to work in a team environment while leading from the front

Exceptional customer service and presentation skills

Ability to train and develop staff to ensure an amazing customer experience for our guests

Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated

Desire to expand your skillset under the Venue Operations Manager and Managing Director

Strong financial analysis skills
