Pearl River Restaurant is a well-established Asian style restaurant that provides premium Chinese food and beverage. It is well known by local community for its outstanding Chinese cuisine, excellent service and friendly staff.

Due to business growth, we are now seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our family.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

Taking responsibility for the control of business operation and the overall performance of the restaurant.

Ensuring the delivery of costs, sales targets, and sustained growth, such as planning menus and creating promotional campaigns etc.;

Ensuring premium customer service standards within the restaurant and maintaining customer relations;

Supervising the smooth operation of in-house kitchen(inside the kitchen) operation,

Optimizing stock availability and managing cost control to induce the operating costs;

Taking reservations, greeting guests and assisting in taking orders;

Suitable candidates are:

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role

High level of skills in teamwork and leadership

Qualification in a related field is preferred but not mandatory
