The Role

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Venue Manager ready to take full ownership of the Brewhouse — from driving service excellence to building trade through smart marketing and creative activations. You’ll have genuine autonomy, supported by a marketing team, operational leaders, and a passionate head brewer.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading all front-of-house operations and service delivery
• Mentoring and managing a small, close-knit team
• Creating and executing promotional events and activations
• Collaborating with the brewery team and marketing to boost engagement
• Managing stock, compliance (RSA/RCG), and venue presentation
• Setting and managing flexible rosters with mostly mid-shifts

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who brings energy, initiative, and a community-first mindset. Ideally, you’re coming from a busy pub, club, or craft venue and are ready for the next level of leadership.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have strong operational experience in high-volume venues
• Are confident building atmosphere and trade through events and leadership
• Are a natural promoter — you know how to attract and retain patrons
• Have a genuine appreciation for craft beer and locally-driven experiences
• Are hands-on, driven, and excited by the opportunity to shape a venue
• Hold current RSA and RCG qualifications (or are willing to obtain)
