Are you a compassionate and confident physiotherapist looking for a meaningful career that offers autonomy, flexibility, and purpose? We are currently recruiting experienced and early-career physiotherapists to join a well-established and values-driven community health team that supports clients in achieving greater independence and quality of life.

In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services to clients in their homes and local communities. You’ll work across a varied caseload, supporting older adults (Aged Care – 85%) and individuals living with disability under the NDIS (about 15%).

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to manage your own day, while being backed by a dedicated health service manager and experienced multidisciplinary team. Clinical supervision, regular in-services, and performance feedback are all part of the culture that supports your development and success in this role.

What you’ll be doing:
🔹 Provide assessments, develop care plans, and implement physiotherapy interventions in line with best practices
🔹 Use clinical reasoning and independent judgement to manage routine and complex cases
🔹 Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records in line with professional and organisational standards
🔹 Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care teams to ensure client-centred outcomes

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- 1–4 years’ experience (community, aged care, or NDIS experience highly regarded)
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Confidence in driving and willingness to travel between clients
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check & full COVID-19 vaccination
- A passion for providing person-centred, high-quality care
