As we continue to grow across Australia, we are looking for a Yard Admin Coordinator to join our dynamic team and provide critical administrative and logistical support to our Branch Manager and Yard Operations.
About the Role
As the Yard Admin Coordinator, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our yard by managing key administrative processes related to vehicle logistics, auction scheduling, and asset tracking. You will support the Branch Manager with auction preparation, record-keeping, and communication with customers and transport providers, while assisting with some general yard coordination duties when required.
This role offers a blend of office-based administration and hands-on support, perfect for someone who enjoys variety, structure, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager relating to vehicle logistics, auction preparation, and post-auction processes.
Coordinate transport bookings and liaise with logistics providers for timely delivery and removal of vehicles.
Manage and maintain accurate operational records, vehicle logs, and documentation.
Support incoming and outgoing vehicle movements by logging and verifying details in the system.
Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including photographing and appraising assets when required.
Ensure all data entries and records comply with company standards and audit requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients, assessors, and transporters to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
Support general yard duties and team operations during high-volume or catastrophe periods.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in administration, logistics, or transport coordination is highly regarded. Yard or auction experience is advantageous but not essential.
Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Organisation: Excellent attention to detail, record accuracy, and time management in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving: Ability to manage logistics issues and conflicting priorities calmly and efficiently.
Safety Focus: Commitment to maintaining compliance and a safe working environment.
Driver’s License: Required for site operations.
