About the Role

Join an established HR team reporting to the HR Team Leader located in Northocote, you will provide expert guidance and support to leaders across their national footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster strong virtual and in person connections with leaders across diverse locations, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

Deliver clear and timely guidance on HR and employee relations matters, translating complex enterprise agreements, awards, legislation, and internal policies into practical, actionable advice.

Support and coach leaders through performance management, disciplinary processes, and employee development.

Lead investigations into disciplinary and grievance matters, ensuring fair outcomes and adherence to legal and organisational standards.

Collaborate on the design and delivery of impactful HR initiatives and projects that drive continuous improvement.

Champion the evolution of HR practices, identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance ways of working.

What You Bring

Proven experience in a generalist HR role

Strong knowledge of industrial relations, enterprise agreements, and modern awards

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport remotely

A collaborative mindset and a passion for empowering others through knowledge sharing

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
