We’re on the hunt for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen in Swanbourne.
Our menu leans into big flavours, seasonal produce, and a little bit of fun — from breakfast classics to stacked sandwiches and freshly baked pastries.

What we’re looking for:

A confident and organised chef with solid experience in a similar role

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure

Pride in presentation, consistency, and keeping a clean, efficient section

A team player who enjoys being part of a small, creative kitchen

A genuine love for good food, local produce, and great coffee

What you’ll be doing:

Preparing and plating dishes to a high standard

Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team on prep, service, and specials

Maintaining kitchen standards, hygiene, and food safety

Helping to shape our evolving menu as the seasons change
