The Role
As a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef, you will:
• Hold a section or otherwise support the Chef de Cuisine Sous and fellow team members in daily kitchen operations
• Deliver high‑quality, consistent dishes in a fine‑dining environment
• Enjoy and foster a collaborative team culture
• Work with local, sustainable produce
• Maintain HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in a hatted or fine‑dining kitchen (Chef de Partie or Sous Chef level)
• Strong technical skills, knife work, and attention to detail
• A passion for working with premium, seasonal ingredients
• A positive, growth‑oriented mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure
