We’re now looking for an experienced Senior Receptionist to join our office team and take the lead in providing exceptional customer service and efficient day-to-day support to our operations and field staff.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced trade environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and the plumbing team — helping keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries

Schedule jobs and assist with trade team coordination

Process payments and job documentation

Maintain accurate records and general office administration

Support management

Lodge NOC & COC

Provide friendly and professional service to clients and suppliers

About You

We’re looking for someone who’s organised, confident, and thrives in a busy team environment.

You’ll have:

✅ Previous experience in an admin or receptionist role (preferably in plumbing or trade industry)

✅ Strong communication and customer service skills

✅ Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask

✅ Competency with Microsoft Office and computer systems (Service M8 preferred )

✅ A proactive attitude and willingness to help where required
