About the role

Are you a friendly, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at C Signs. This full-time role will be the first point of contact for our clients, so strong interpersonal and organisation skills are a must.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner

Answering and directing incoming phone calls

Handling general office administration tasks such as filing, Generating Job sheets & data entry

Providing administrative support to the wider team as needed

Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role ideal but not necessary

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management skills

Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office

A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
