About the role

As the Paving Team Leader at DAYS LANDSCAPING & EXTERNALS', you will play a vital role in leading a team of paving specialists to deliver high-quality landscaping projects across the Southern Adelaide region.

What you'll be doing

Lead a team of paving workers and labourers

Coordinate delivery of materials

Ensure paving meets specifications, thickness, slope/fall

Communicate progress and issues to management

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Paving Team Leader or in a similar role within the landscaping industry

Thorough understanding of paving techniques, materials and industry best practices

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on quality and safety

Proficient in the use of landscaping equipment and tools

Current driver's license and reliable transportation
