📍 38 Place Child Care Centre | Full Time | Salisbury East, SA

We are a small, family-focused centre with a strong sense of community. With only 38 places, our children, families, and educators build genuine connections, and we’re proud to provide a safe, nurturing space where children feel they belong.

We are now seeking a passionate Educational Leader to join our team and guide the delivery of high-quality, play-based programs that inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.

About the Role

As Educational Leader, you will:

Mentor and inspire our team of educators in their daily practice.

Lead the design and implementation of engaging programs guided by the EYLF and NQS.

Foster strong, respectful partnerships with families and children.

Support a culture of continuous improvement and contribute to the centre’s Quality Improvement Plan.

Be a role model of warmth, positivity, and inclusion.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).

Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training.

A strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and child development.

The ability to mentor, encourage and support others.

A passion for early education and a love of working in a close-knit, community setting.
