About the Role

We are seeking Full Time Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educators – including one Team Leader. You will report directly to the Centre Director and be an integral part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong, nurturing, respectful relationships with children and families

Support and implement engaging learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Provide inclusive, high-quality care tailored to individual and group needs

Follow Centre policies and actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a safe, supportive environment

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

You will need a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in early childhood education to succeed in this position.

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Sound knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Standards (NQS), and Education and Care Services National Regulations

Strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation

Confidence in working with families and engaging with the local community

Current Working with Children Check

Current First Aid and CPR certificates

Flexibility, reliability, and a genuine passion for early childhood education
