What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our products — from medical supplies to precision-engineered sports equipment — are assembled, packed, and delivered with care and accuracy. Every day will bring variety and the satisfaction of seeing your work make a real difference.

Assemble and prepare products according to technical specifications

Pick, pack, and dispatch stock for customer orders and production

Support both IDC Medical and FountainLine operations

Load and unload vehicles safely using manual and forklift equipment

Follow safety, quality, and operational guidelines

Conduct regular stock takes and assist in inventory control

Accurately enter data, book freight, and update records in SAP/WMS systems

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment

Work independently and collaboratively as part of the warehouse team

Take initiative and contribute to improving processes

Why You Belong Here

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on, team-focused environment and takes pride in doing things right the first time.

You’ll bring:

LF License and extensive experience with a Hi-Reach forklift

Previous experience in a warehouse, assembly, or logistics environment

Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand and power tools

High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Good customer service skills and strong communication ability

Ability to accurately pick and pack orders

Experience in inventory control, stocktaking, SAP/WMS systems, and freight booking

Reliability, initiative, and a positive “can-do” attitude

Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items safely
