Front Office Agent - Receptionist (Part time or Casual)

The Commodore located in Mount Gambier, SA on the beautiful Limestone Coast. We are a passionate about hospitality and guest experience is always our number one priority. We offer outstanding accommodation and outstanding food and beverage experiences in our Restaurant and Conferencing and Events including Weddings. Our restaurant was recently awarded Best Restaurant in a Hotel (SA) at the Restaurant and Catering Awards and received a judge’s commendation at the AHA (SA) in the Restaurant – Accommodation Division category. Our Business has grown to include Delgattie Estate – our luxury Hotel, Colhurst House and the Henty which has launched our new Restaurant and Bar, Noky.

We are currently seeking a Part-time (or Casual) Front Office Agent – Receptionist to join our team at the Commodore including Delgattie Estate and Colhurst House.

Required experience and skills

Exceptional customer service skills and focus on every interaction

A constant desire to exceed guest expectations

Experience managing guest travel arrangements

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively within a team

Strong work ethic, excellent communication, and time-management
