Role

The relevant role is an office based Estimator position for a South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne location and will involve responsibilities such as:

  • Assist and prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
  • Collect and analyze drawings to prepare tenders
  • Liaise with stakeholders and negotiate with subcontractors
  • Developing budgets and monitor project costs
  • Attend and prepare tender meetings

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Estimator experience for a Commercial Headcontractor
  • Proficient with Cubit, Cubit Select, Bluebeam and MS Packages
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player, collaborative and determined attitude
  • Full Australian working rights
