About the role:
We’re looking for an Estimator who can take ownership of tenders and help secure exciting new civil and bulk earthworks projects. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and the leadership team to deliver accurate, competitive bids that set projects up for success.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and submitting tenders that maximise success and profitability
• Performing accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and risk analysis
• Identifying new opportunities and providing informed bid/no-bid recommendations
• Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to secure best value
• Producing high-quality tender documentation and construction programs
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure clarity and alignment

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years’ estimating experience in civil construction or bulk earthworks
• Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree (or equivalent experience)
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident managing multiple tenders at once
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Project
• Full Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence
