A leader in Australian financial services is looking to hire a Application Support Manager to their business critical Applications Team. The company specialise in providing Financial Trading software, applications and expertise to other financial organisations and intermediaries in Australia.

This opportunities has a clear career progression for the successful candidate to move into a Service Delivery Manager position within the company in the near future, and in the meantime will act as a Service Delivery Lead.

What you will be doing:

• Manage a high performing Application Support Team of 7 people
• Ensure high-quality Service Delivery that aligns to clients expectations
• Oversea incident response for platform and application related issues
• Act as a key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external clients
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks such as ASIC & APRA
• Lead the Release Management of Software
• Maintain documentation and controls

What you need to succeed:

• 5+ years experience in IT Service Delivery
• Proven experience managing an Application Support Team
• Experience working in a business-critical financial services environment
• Strong understanding of ITIL practices, incident & problem management
• Experience with relevant compliance i.e ASIC, APRA CPS 234
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
