About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a respected regional builder delivering commercial, education, and government projects across NSW. Based in either Tumut or Parkes, you’ll take ownership of on-site delivery, leading day-to-day operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site operations, subcontractors, and trades to deliver projects from start to finish.
• Oversee construction programs, ensuring key milestones and quality standards are achieved.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and office team on scheduling, procurement, and reporting.
• Drive safety compliance and promote a positive site culture.
• Monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and maintain clear communication with clients and consultants.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction.
• Proven background managing projects across education, government, or community sectors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and construction programs.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and team performance.
• Trade or tertiary qualification in Building, Construction, or related discipline.
