Opportunity

As Clinical Care Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a committed multidisciplinary team, ensuring best practice clinical care, compliance, and continuous improvement. Working in partnership with an experienced Facility Manager, you will shape service delivery and deliver outstanding resident outcomes - all while being supported to progress into a Facility Manager role.

Drive clinical excellence and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards

Oversee clinical governance, care planning, and risk management

Manage clinical staffing and workforce capability

Foster a positive, person-centred care culture

Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives

You

Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with strong clinical leadership experience in aged care

In-depth knowledge of clinical governance and Aged Care Quality Standards

Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire multidisciplinary teams

Committed to resident-centred care and continuous improvement

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
