This is a new role in a small property development firm based in Toowoomba.
Provide Administration Support to a small team with tasks ranging from financial transactions processing, scheduling & coordination of meetings, securing office equipment supplies, catering for client meetings through to liaising with solicitors and local councils.
Implement administrative procedures and systems
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel
Financial Transactions processing in Xero including Debtor & Creditor processing, Payroll processing and Subcontractor payments processing
Executive Assistant to the Director
Support budgeting and financial reporting tasks
Collate and distribute reports, memos, and correspondence
Handle records management/storage and data entry
Maintain office supplies and equipment
MS Outlook, intermediate Excel, Word and Adobe pdf skills are essential. Xero experience ideal but not essential. A current driver's license is also required.
The successful person for this diverse role will possess a can-do approach coupled with practical common sense wrapped up in professional presentation.
Annual salary negotiable at $65 to $75k per annum plus Superannuation. Performance bonuses will be offered after annual review of remuneration. A three month probation period will apply.
This role reports to the CFO.
This is a full-time position with flexibility of start and finish times. After successful probation, there is the potential for flexibility to work some hours from home.
IT support is provided by a local Toowoomba company.
Ideal commencement date is 1 November 2025.
