Our client, a Federal Government entity that enables Defence to fight and win in the digital age are seeking a ServiceNow Scheduler.

About the role - ServiceNow Scheduler

The Scheduling Chapter Lead requires an experienced Scheduler to work within the Chapter and on short-term assignment to projects as necessary.

Duties - ServiceNow Scheduler

• Assist in the integration of schedule data into ServiceNow to uplift schedule data quality
• Collaborate with Chapter Leads to identify and address systemic scheduling challenges
• Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Skills / Experience - ServiceNow Scheduler

• Experience working in a Defence environment
• Master Scheduler with knowledge in ServiceNow
• Experienced, resilient professional who can manage short-term, short notice engagements for projects requiring assistance and adjustment, while working on longer-term outcomes at the direction of the Chapter Lead
