The Company is seeking to create a new Infrastructure and Security Manager role to support the Company through its next phase of growth and beyond.

Role Summary:

In support of StorHub’ s growth strategy, the candidate is responsible for overseeing the company’s technology infrastructure, ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems, and driving digital transformation to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

This role involves managing software and hardware solutions, ensuring data security, supporting automation initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

The candidate is responsible for collaborating with Group IT, advocating for standardized group solutions, governance and policies and leading their successful implementation across the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management:

Maintain and optimize IT systems, including networks, servers, storage solutions, and cloud-based platforms.

Ensure uptime, reliability, and scalability of technology solutions.

Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data.

Software & Systems Oversight:

Manage self-storage management software (e.g., tenant management, access control, billing).

Support and enhance integration between IT systems, including CRM, ERP, and financial systems.

Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve customer and employee experience.

Security & Access Control:

Oversee and maintain security systems, including surveillance, access control, and alarm monitoring.

Ensure proper access rights and cybersecurity protocols to protect customer and business data.

Business Process Automation & Optimization:

Identify opportunities for automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Work with different departments to streamline IT-related business processes.

Support digital transformation initiatives, such as online reservations, customer portals, and mobile solutions.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with global and local IT teams, advocating for standardized solutions.

Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.

Ensure IT projects align with business goals and deliver value.

User Support & Training:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees and customers.

Train staff on IT systems, best practices, and cybersecurity awareness.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent business administration

Proven experience as an IT Manager, preferably in the self-storage or property management industry.

Cybersecurity and IT Servicedesk knowledge is preferred.

Experience in mix of application, digital, network, security, end user support is a good to have.

Strong knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and business software solutions.

Experience in managing access control systems, surveillance, and IoT devices is a plus.

Ability to lead IT projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
