With growth in both industries, we are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Installation / Operations Manager to join our leadership team.

About the role

As Operations Manager of IT installations, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational delivery, with a focus on:

Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the business installations / operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and addressing any operational issues that arise

Ensure quality control of all installations and operational activities by upholding high standards and complying with relevant regulations and company policies to maintain product or service excellence

Leading cross-functional project delivery from planning through to implementation

Coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of IT installations

Manage the end-to-end supply chain, including inventory control and procurement, to ensure the efficient and timely movement of equipment

Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction

This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with Sales, Service, and Finance

About you

Extensive experience in an installation / operations role, preferably within the Information & Communication Technology industry

Ability to manage project timelines, resources, and risk across multiple installations

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and critical thinking skills

Proven ability to foster a collaborative, high-performing environment and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in the use of relevant business management software and data analysis tools

Demonstrates a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and thoroughness in all tasks
