A market-leading company in prefabricated steel reinforcement for tunnelling infrastructure is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale Tier 1 projects. Based at a new, state-of-the-art production facility in Adelaide, this role plays a key part in the design, manufacture, and installation of prefabricated steel cages for some of the most complex tunnelling packages in the country.

About the Role

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle-from initial design coordination through to manufacturing, logistics, and on-site installation. The successful candidate will work closely with internal design, production, and site teams, while maintaining strong relationships with Tier 1 clients to ensure successful project outcomes.

This is a full-time position based in Adelaide, however, candidates based in Sydney are encouraged to apply. A relocation package or FIFO arrangement will be offered to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of prefabricated steel cage systems for major tunnelling infrastructure.

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across design, engineering, production, logistics, and site installation.

Act as the primary interface with Tier 1 contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.

Maintain control of program, budget, quality, and risk across all phases of the project.

Drive a strong safety culture and ensure all works comply with regulatory and project standards.

Contribute to process improvement, innovation, and efficiency in prefabrication methodologies.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 7 years' project management experience in infrastructure, construction, or heavy industry.

Experience working on tunnelling, civil, structural steel, or prefabricated construction projects is highly regarded.

Proven ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects with Tier 1 stakeholders.

Excellent communication, leadership, and commercial acumen.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction management, or a related field.

Willingness to relocate to Adelaide or work on a FIFO roster from Sydney (relocation support provided).
