WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
We are seeking a motivated and experienced wellbeing professional to take a leading role in shaping workplace wellbeing across BHFLHN. Building on our recognition as a finalist in the Best Health and Wellbeing Program category at the 2024 Australian Workplace Health & Safety Awards, this is an exciting opportunity to design, implement, and evaluate initiatives that build psychosocial safety, support staff wellbeing, and foster a positive culture. Joining our People and Culture team, you will work closely with leaders across the network to make a real impact on the wellbeing of our workforce and the communities we serve.

WHERE WILL YOU WORK?
Our network is made up of many sites, that run from Gawler in the North to Kangaroo Island in the South, we have access to offices in the middle of the CBD, and some of our locations offer hot desk arrangements. We will work with you to ensure a suitable location or locations are made available to you across one or many of our sites. You will also have the option to spend some time each week working from home. This will be negotiated with you should you be successful.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
- Lead and enhance BHFLHN’s award-recognised wellbeing programs.
- Partner with leaders and staff to embed a culture of wellbeing and resilience.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on wellbeing outcomes to inform future strategies.
- Mentor, influence, and support staff to create lasting positive change across BHFLHN.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW/WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS?
Working in this environment, it is important to us that we only employ people with the upmost integrity and commitment to serving the South Australian community and its visitors to the highest possible standards. To ensure that we meet that commitment there are a few checks that you will be required to undertake. These are detailed on the Role Description, and do vary depending on what is required in the role, but are likely to include the following:
- You will need to be immunised. The policy on immunisation is very detailed, so please contact the Enquiries Person for this position if you have any queries. Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy
