About the opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Business Analyst to lead the identification, analysis, and implementation of technology-enabled improvements across our organisation. This role plays a key part in driving digital transformation initiatives aligned with agency strategy and DEM IT frameworks.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, evaluate existing systems, and deliver innovative solutions. You will lead the development of business requirements, process models, and user journey maps, while also managing smaller IT projects and contributing to strategic documentation such as business cases and procurement materials.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting data governance, digital workplace initiatives, and uplifting digital capability across the department.

Key Selection Criteria:
Please only address the dot points listed below in your application

Proven experience in business analysis and documentation within government or complex ICT environments, including business case development and procurement.

Strong understanding of SA Government ICT governance, data governance, cyber security, and digital workplace strategies.

Skilled in agile delivery, user-centred design, and digital transformation practices to support modern ICT initiatives.

Proficient in analytical tools and communication, including Microsoft Power Platform, Visio, and business process modelling.

Remuneration:
ASO6 salary range $98,478 - $104,165 per annum + superannuation
Full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week
