An opportunity has arisen for a passionate Sous Chef to join the Artisans of Barossa family.
Artisans of Barossa is owned and operated by 7 small batch wine producers who are excited to have opened their new home in the heart of the Barossa Valley. Due to high demand, we are now on the lookout for team members who have the natural drive to provide our guests with a truly memorable dining experience.
Main duties & responsibilities
Cultivate a `can do` team culture.
Curate a small yet exciting and forever changing menu that is seasonally inspired.
Have a passion for delivering an outstanding culinary experience.
Wedding and event delivery
Entry Requirements
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum)
Current Food Safety Supervisors Qualification
Passionate about food and wine.
Understanding the importance of current food trends and quality produce.
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
Full Australian work rights
Availability to work weekends, public holidays and the occasional evening. Open Wednesday - Sunday.
