Sous Chef – Enoteca Lounge & Cucina

Enoteca is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team. We're a highly regarded Italian restaurant and aperitivo bar in Adelaide’s East End. In just two years, we’ve built a strong reputation for quality dining and warm hospitality.

What you’ll bring:

Solid skills across pan, grill, and larder

The ability to lead sections and support the Head Chef

Experience mentoring and managing junior staff

Knowledge of ordering, stock rotation, and service standards

A professional, calm approach in a busy kitchen environment
