In this position you will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring effective use of Salesforce, Tableau and other IT Platforms for data-driven decision-making across the LSA. You will focus on structuring data, enhancing business processes, and delivering insights that support our operational and strategic goals. To enable you to do this you will develop a deep understanding of the needs of the business, ensuring data is structured for maximum reporting and analytical value.
You will also translate business requirements into technical specifications and work with technical teams to deliver solutions that enhance our business capabilities.

The experience we are looking for…
To be successful in our position you will have:
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong experience in eliciting and documenting business and technical requirements, particularly in Salesforce and analytics/reporting environments.
Experience working with data structures, integrations, and reporting frameworks.
Experience with Salesforce configuration, including reports, dashboards, and data structures will be highly regarded.

Remuneration: ASO6 ($98,478 - $104,165) + Superannuation
Special Conditions
Appointment will be subject to the provision of a satisfactory Criminal History Check that is no more than six months old.
Some out of hours work may be required.

About Lifetime Support Authority
The Lifetime Support Scheme (LSS) provides care, treatment and support for people who have sustained very serious lifelong injuries as a result of a motor vehicle accident in South Australia.
We take a person-centred approach, so that participants have control to make their own choices about their care, treatment and support that best benefit them and their families.
Our team of highly skilled Service Planners and allied health professionals work closely with participants to ensure they live the best life possible.
We administer the LSS in accordance with Part 2 of the Motor Vehicle Accidents (Lifetime Support Scheme) Act 2013.
