Whiz Kidz is seeking a passionate and motivated Early Childhood Teacher to join our 140-place Craigieburn service. We are looking for a passionate, invested and ambitious Early Childhood Teacher to lead our 3yo Pre-Kinder room.

Our services focus on play-based learning, with an emphasis on both structured and spontaneous daily activities and routines. We value the importance of children’s development in the early years and endeavour to support them to become confident and involved learners, to build a strong sense of identity and wellbeing and to become connected with and contribute to their world.

About the Role

Permanent full-time position, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6:30am–6:30pm

Build strong relationships with children, families, and educators

Lead and implement high-quality educational programs in a warm, creative learning environment

Foster a stimulating environment that supports children’s development

Contribute to reflective discussions, teamwork, and the smooth operation of the centre

Requirements

A degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)

Current First Aid and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates

Current VIT accreditation

Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and regulatory requirements

Excellent communication skills, approachable, and respected by peers

Knowledgeable in pedagogy and able to support educators of varying abilities
