About the role

SH Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join their team.

We seek a mature and experience Early Childhood Teacher, at an exceeding service in Mordialloc.

This full-time role offers a highly competitive salary range of $45-$49 per hour, along with 6 weeks of annual leave. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality educational programs that foster the development and learning of young children.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework

Observe and assess children's progress, adjusting teaching strategies to meet individual needs

Maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment

Collaborate with families to build strong partnerships and support children's learning and development

Contribute to the overall operation and continuous improvement of the early childhood service

Comply with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification

Demonstrated experience as an Early Childhood Teacher, preferably in a similar setting

Strong understanding of child development and the ability to create developmentally appropriate learning experiences

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Commitment to upholding high standards of professionalism and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
