An exciting opportunity to join a highly sought after financial services business as a Consultant is available to anyone looking for a change on a fully mobile role based in Geelong and the surrounding areas.

As a Consultant for this company, you will be required to assist homeowners in their homes with their retirement goals through their equity in their homes. This is NOT a sales base or advice role, and purely a customer service position to explain the product to potential clients.

Key responsibilities;

• Meeting clients to discuss their retirement goals and explain the product in a calm environment in their home
• Present information about the product and solution to educate the client so they can make an informed decision, and assist the customer through the enquiry process
• Collection and execution of required documents for transaction and enquiry processes
• Help the clients navigate a tricky transaction process and answering any questions they have

About you;

• Have worked previously in a needs based business which could be a background in Property Management, Relationship Management in financial services, legal or lifestyle insurance in a 1:1 Customer Service capacity.
• Have a customer service based mentality - this is to always put the people first as there is no sales involved
• Full and clean drivers license with own vehicle
• Empathetic and friendly
