About the role:

We're expanding our team & looking to hire an end to end consultant for permanent appointments. The role includes but is not limited to:

• Sourcing, screening & interviewing candidates
• Servicing a hot desk with an established client base
• Attend client visits & build strong relationships
• Take job briefs & drive entire recruitment cycle
• Maintain & utilise our extensive database of candidates
• Work effectively with our talent acquisition team
• Actively engage within social media & other associated sourcing tools
• Provide a thorough, ethical & consultative service at all times!

About you:

Recruitment or Real Estate experience is highly advantageous however, what is of huge importance includes the following:

• You are keen, coachable & hungry
• Have a high sense of urgency
• Sales skills/experience
• Resilient, street smart & have emotional intelligence
• You are an ethical & honest person
• Computer literate & stable work history
• Effective business English skills verbal & written
• Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident
