Excavator Operator – Full Time | Hunter Region

We’re a well-established concreting company with some large scale projects & are currently branching into earthmoving and excavation — and we’re looking for a motivated Excavator Operator to join our crew. You’ll be operating a brand-new 3.5T cabin excavator and working on a variety of projects across Maitland and the Hunter.

About the Role:

Operate excavators confidently and independently on residential and commercial sites

Support the concreting team on the ground when required (formwork, steel fixing, prep etc.)

Play a key role in our growing earthworks division

Maintain high standards of safety, site presentation and workmanship

What We’re Looking For:

Self-motivated operator who takes ownership of their work

Strong eye for detail and takes pride in their equipment & doing the job right

Experience in final trim, bulk earthworks and tight access works

Posi-track / skid steer experience desirable

Excavator ticket and white card required

MR licence or above Essential.
