Excavator Operator – Full Time (Sydney)

We are a growing wet hire excavation company seeking an experienced Excavator Operator.

Pay & conditions

Base rate: $40–$45 per hour (DOE) — excludes penalties and allowances

Overtime: payable after 3:30pm on weekdays and on Saturdays

Allowances: fuel and tolls paid

Hours: full-time 40–50 hrs per week

Benefits: superannuation, annual leave, up to 2 paid rain days per month, uniform provided

Progression: company ute or higher rate available after probation

Sponsorship available for the right candidate

Flexible arrangements for family-oriented applicants

Equipment & scope

Brand new 14t & 5t excavators with tiltrotators and GPS systems (willing to train applicants with the right attitude)

Civil and construction projects across Sydney

Requirements

Current SOA (Statement of Attainment) and VOC (Verification of Competency)

Proven excavator operating experience

Commitment to safety, reliability, and care of equipment
