About the role

We are seeking a experienced Final Trim Excavator Operator to join our team in Albion Park, NSW on a casual basis. As a Final Trim Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating specialised excavation equipment to prepare sites for construction projects. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that requires strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail.

What you'll be doing

Operating final trim excavators to achieve precise site preparation

Digging trenches, loading trucks, and performing other excavation tasks as required

Performing routine maintenance and safety checks on excavation equipment

Collaborating with the broader construction team to ensure efficient and safe site operations

Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations on the job site

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Final Trim Excavator Operator, ideally within the construction industry

Strong technical skills and the ability to operate excavation equipment proficiently and safely

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to precise measurements and specifications

Good physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding work

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Relevant certificates and licenses, including a valid driver's license and Construction Industry White Card
