We are seeking experienced Final Trim Excavator Operators and Dozer Operators to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role with a wide variety of projects across rural and civil construction sectors.

About the Role:

85% away work (Monday–Friday) – travel, meals, and accommodation provided.

Operate excavators and dozers on a variety of projects including:

Dam construction

House pads

Rural clearing & property improvements

Civil construction & bulk earthworks

Motocross & pump track builds for private and commercial clients

Work closely with clients and team members, ensuring a high standard of quality, safety, and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a final trim excavator operator and/or dozer operator.

Experience operating dozers ranging from D3 up to D6 preferred.

Experience with excavators up to 25T.

HC licence is highly desirable, though not essential.

Specialised skills in dam construction, house pads, and earthworks.

Ability to deliver detailed, high-quality finishes.

Professional presentation and strong communication skills when liaising with clients.

Commitment to safety and compliance at all times.
