About the company:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator to join this newly established partnership between two respected entities in the Perth commercial construction industry. This is a tier one project worth over $90m, based in the Western Suburbs. The project has started forward works and will be under construction for the next couple of years. This is a site based role, working collaboratively with the rest of the team.

Key Requirements:

• Have a relevant tertiary qualification Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Proven experience as Senior Contract Administrator or Contract Administrator on similar sized projects
• Experience on commercial projects such as apartments, schools, mixed use or similar is ideal.
• You will perform at your best in a highly driven environment.
• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Someone flexible, adaptable and hard working.
