Key Requirements:

• Be an excellent communicator with a desire to support clients throughout the build process.
• Experienced in prestart & contract administration across single and double storey builds, ideally custom builds.
• Strong understanding of Building contracts and contracts administration.
• A passion for assisting clients with colours/material selections
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• A keen eye for detail when completing documentation
• Strong multi-tasking and self-management skills
