About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator (intermediate–senior level) to support the delivery of this iconic project. While high-rise apartment experience is advantageous, a strong background in administering contracts on medium-to-large-scale commercial building projects is highly regarded.

You’ll play a key role in managing procurement, administering contracts, and financial reporting while supporting project teams to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate procurement of consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Administer contracts and documentation through Aconex, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Prepare scopes of work, tender assessments, and lead negotiations.

Contribute to design development, value engineering, and compliance documentation.

Manage financial reporting, claims assessment, and job costing using Cheops.

Draft and issue RFIs to resolve drawing and technical queries.

Mentor junior team members including CA’s, Site Engineers, and Cadets.

Participate in client meetings, presenting project and contract updates.
