Our Team
Benetas Corowa Court in Mornington offers contemporary residential aged care in a stunning bayside location. We’re seeking an Administrative Assistant on a Casual basis to provide essential support to our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive professional who enjoys working in a warm, community-focused environment.
The Role – Part-Time
- Perform front desk and reception duties, welcoming residents, families and visitors
- Provide administrative support to the Residential Manager and care teams
- Respond to phone, email and in-person enquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist with scheduling meetings, site events and training sessions
- Maintain accurate records and manage office supplies
- Support coordination of tours and resident admissions when required
About You
- Previous experience in administration, reception or customer service
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Friendly and empathetic, with a genuine interest in supporting older people
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital systems
- NDIS Clearance Check
