We’re now looking for a Finance and Operations Manager to join our close-knit, high-performing team and help drive the next stage of our journey.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be across both finance and operations — perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants to make an impact.

You’ll handle the core finance functions while also leading process improvement initiatives and supporting broader business operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing and issuing accurate progress claims and invoices

Managing payroll in Xero and scheduling payments

Performing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies

Conducting variance analysis on a project-by-project basis

Overseeing expense management and financial reporting

Maintaining and updating policies and procedures

Driving continuous process and systems improvement

About You

You’re commercially minded, detail-oriented, and motivated by improvement. You enjoy getting into the numbers but also seeing how finance can shape smarter decisions across the business.

You’ll bring:

A degree in Business or Finance (CPA/CA or working towards it highly regarded)

Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial management

Experience with Xero and strong Excel skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for systems, data, and transformation
