About the Role

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team on a 6-month contract. This role will provide vital support across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting tasks. You will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure the smooth operation of daily financial processes and compliance requirements.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for essential daily tasks including invoice processing, payment runs, customer receipts, bank reconciliations, data entry, and month-end tasks.

A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable is required.

Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills are essential for this position.
