About the role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at Good News Real Estate in Werribee, VIC. This full-time position will see you play a key role in supporting our residential sales team, working collaboratively to provide an exceptional customer experience to our clients.

What you'll be doing

Assisting our sales agents with all aspects of the residential sales process, from lead generation to property viewings and negotiations

Coordinating property inspections and open houses, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective buyers

Maintaining detailed property records and client information in our CRM system

Providing exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers, responding promptly to enquiries

Supporting the preparation of sales contracts, offers and other documentation

Contributing to the development and implementation of our marketing strategies for listed properties

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a real estate or customer service role, preferably within the residential sales sector

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office applications

A positive, proactive and team-oriented approach

A passion for the real estate industry and a desire to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
