We’re seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist to join our Bondi Junction team. You’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic, ensuring each client has a smooth and positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
The Role
This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment and takes pride in great organisation and customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting patients and providing exceptional front-desk service
Answering phones, responding to emails and managing bookings
Coordinating practitioner schedules and daily operations
Processing HICAPS, Medicare, NDIS and private payments
Managing invoices, receipts, and general office administration
Supporting clinicians with communication and client follow-up
Assisting with marketing, reminders and patient engagement
About You
You’ll be someone who is:
Warm, professional, and enjoys helping people
Confident multitasking in a busy environment
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Tech-savvy and comfortable with clinic software (Cliniko, Nookal or similar experience preferred)
A strong communicator, both written and verbal
Experienced in reception, admin or customer service (healthcare experience an advantage but not essential)
